Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.

Welcome

Welcome

Mental health calls for a revolution in the way we understand our minds, bodies, and spirits as we navigate our life with those that we love and with the world around us. Our personal and cultural histories provide the context that can inform our biological, emotional, intellectual, and interpersonal development. Our understanding of such contexts move us away from harsh criticism and judgment towards understanding ourselves in order to facilitate change. We are more than our symptoms or our diagnoses. We are human and the human condition can cause us to struggle with problems of living, from our day-to-day micro experiences to the macro experiences informed by systems of power. Our minds, bodies, and spirits, when aligned, are powerful forces that can allow us to create a life worth living while we connect with others to find our common humanity.
